Dinner ~ Home made nutritious gluten free and refined sugar free dinner, served in the garden breeze House or dining room of the main house
DAY 2:

Wake up to a morning Elixir, followed by morning gratitude, breath-work and gentle stretch.

Nutritious breakfast~ served either in the garden breeze house or in the dining room

Mindful guided forest walk- connecting with nature

Lunch~ healthy lunch

Visit to the local Crystal shop

1:1 - 60 minute consultation

90 minute full body massage
