What’s Included

• Daily mindfulness, guided breathwork and yoga movement

Thoughtfully curated sessions to support nervous system regulation, gentle awakening of the body, and deep reconnection to self. Practices are accessible, grounding and designed to meet you exactly where you are.

• Deeply nourishing, gluten-free, refined sugar–free vegetarian cuisine

All meals are lovingly prepared by Katrina Whittaker, Leiths-trained retreat chef, Prue Leith’s recipe book writer and taster. Food is seasonal, vibrant and designed to support energy, digestion and overall wellbeing — nourishment in every sense.

• Sacred sound and ceremonial experiences

Including gong baths, shamanic drumming, cacao ceremony, and vocal and crystal bowl sound healing, held by Kate Fleur. These sessions invite deep rest, emotional release and expanded awareness through sound and ritual.

• Journaling, reflection and circle

Gentle, guided opportunities to reflect, share (if you wish), and deepen insight in a safe, supportive group space.

• Mindful nature walks

Time spent walking consciously in the beautiful Cotswold landscape, allowing the rhythms of nature to restore balance and perspective.

• Spaciousness, rest and integration

Unhurried time to relax, integrate and simply be — with the support of an intimate group, a beautiful setting and a carefully held container.

• So much more…

Moments of stillness, connection, laughter, deep rest and quiet magic that naturally unfold when you step away from everyday life and into a nourishing retreat space.
